CARE FOR THE CULTURE, CARE FOR THE FUTURE
Let’s take a walk with the Youth of South Africa today, with hearts that beat for a brighter tomorrow, the everyday people who are constantly pushing for change.

The ones that know that know getting up means no giving up and those bold enough to Care in a world that doesn’t Care enough.
16 June of each year marks the anniversary of the Soweto Uprising in South Africa, a commemoration of the Youth that suffered through the apartheid regime.

This important day stands as a strong reminder to support the potential of the Youth within South Africa. Caring for what the Youth are doing, changing and developing is a necessity for fostering inclusive societies and sustainable development. By doing so, we are shaping our own Future as a collective.
At the LAB providing the Youth with the opportunities and support they deserve is important to us.

As a call to action, we set out to capture scenery, activity and feature various young individuals on the rise within their craft including artists, designers, stylists, restaurant owners, fashion influencers, clothing brand owners, DJs and music producers in our cinematic piece in honour of Youth Day.

Their style is their story, and it’s written with fearless expression.

The Youth of today are making it happen and hitting the streets with prideful strides, rather than treading lightly.

They are unstoppable.

OUR CULTURE IS OUR FUTURE.

The Youth of today dare to imagine and don’t stop. Never giving up, never resting, because they know their only “right time” is Now.

Our Culture is our Future and it has already started. Go out there and make every step a statement.
